HUGE NEWS! The NORTHERN MAINE ICE BUSTERS are coming to the Long Lake 100 in Sinclair on March 14th 2026… TO MAKE AN ICE CAROUSEL! A MONSTER ICE MERRY-GO-ROUND, IF YOU WILL!

This legendary volunteer crew from St. Agatha is known worldwide for building massive rotating ice carousels, including their 1,234-foot giant on Long Lake that reclaimed the world record in 2021. They’ve battled Finland, Canada, and Minnesota in an international showdown of chainsaws, engineering, and pure Northern Maine grit. And last year, while the race was happening, they were out on the river setting the world record for the largest ice carousel ever made on international waters.
