UK saxophonist, poet and MC Soweto Kinch has unveiled details of his new album. It’s called ‘The Black Peril’ and takes a deep look at episodes of civil unrest that followed the end of World War One, examining race riots that took place in the UK, the US and the Caribbean in 1919. It launches with a concert at the EFG London Jazz Festival on November 22nd, with Tomorrow’s Warriors on stage alongside members of the London Symphony Orchestra and Jazz FM Award winning drummer Makaya McCraven.
