**Introducing the Oriental Jazz Project**
Led by the Belgian-Moroccan pianist Marie Fikry , this quartet plays beautiful, beguiling music, blending classical music with European jazz and traditional music from North Africa. Fikry’s a major new discovery for subtlety, finesse and great touch and for a set of compelling compositions that draw audiences into the mesmeric atmospheres she creates.
With the Martin Salemi Trio completing this Belgian double-bill, don’t miss your chance to have a taste of Brussels, in Edinburgh! They play the Jazz Bar on Friday the 8th February
