Nu-jazz collective corto.alto at The Jazz Bar is now SOLD OUT.
However, you can catch frontman and brilliant trombonists Liam Shortall leading PS Jazz Sextet on Sun 14 July at Teviot Row.
The brand-new band formed especially for #EJBF19 is packed with super-talented young musicians from both Piedmont (Italy) and Scotland, including Enrico Degani (guitar), Mattia Chiappin (trumpet) and Giuseppe Vitale (piano), David Bowden (bass) and Graham Costello (drums).
Expect the crossing of musical genres fused by full-on jazz attack, high-octane improvisation, and deep jazz respect.
