An update from our friends at Capital Theatres about a closure to their box office this week. Tickets for Curtis Stigers or the Europe Jazz Workshop Big Band can be purchased until 8am tomorrow and will be back on sale on Friday.
🚨 IMPORTANT INFO 🎟
From 8am tomorrow, our website and booking system will be offline as we change to a new ticketing system, Spektrix. The website will be unavailable from then until Friday July 1, and we also won’t be able to process any bookings. From now until Friday, you’ll still be able to contact us, either here on social media, by phone between 11am-3pm, and by emails at bookings@capitaltheatres.com, although we won’t be able to view, process or amend any bookings until the system is fully functional. Your customer account will be transferred over to our new system along with any gift vouchers and credit notes on your account, any bookings, reservations, your contact preferences etc. Thanks for your patience!
