It’s Record Store Day…Hooray for the artists, but i’m celebrating NOT using vinyl for over 20 years….
1…Listening to an album in full without having to flip the vinyl.
2…I can bounce around the room without the needle jumping.
3…CD’s almost half the price …downloads even cheaper.
4…More space in the house for other collections…eg Books.
5…No more crackles, hisses or pops.
Best thing about vinyl is the cardboard sleeves…Great size for enjoying the artwork…..but can easily be replcated on digital device screens.
Digitally my musics all at my fingertips ready to create playlists within minutes.
