That’s a wrap!

We have had the most brilliant weekend at Base Camp Plus ⛺️

We just wanted to say thank you all to all those who came along, performed, ran the event, built the site, served the drinks, pitched the tents, drove the artists, took the photos, hit the gongs and just about everything else.

Here are just a few of yesterday’s highlights!

We’ll be back next year, but we have something a little bigger in mind…

  1. Thanks Deer Shed Festival we had a unbelievably grrrreat time!!! See you next year (please keep James as headliners!) and a vip option of parking/dogs/loos – everyone we spoke to said they’d be happy to pay extra as an upgrade. Thanks to the organisers, Marshall’s, all the activities and bands and especially the tree climbing and kayak people!! 🏅

  2. Thank you for a really organised, safe but most of all fun-filled weekend💕 All your staff and organisers are a credit to you – well done👏👏👏

  3. Thank you for a fab time, please keep the loos – we’d happily pay extra and having our own plot was great , happy if it was a bit smaller so you can get more people in 😀😀😀😀😀

  4. We had a truly superb weekend! Thank you to everyone for all their hard work.

Can we please request the option to have a camping pitch we can park on, and our own loo for next year? Really don’t want to go back to the scrum of normal years!

  5. Thanks Deer Shed Festival but could not find Acorn 19 on the Woodland walk, was it even there?

  6. Was totally fab. Had a great weekend thanks ❤️

  7. Nat Asha says:

Really well organised, felt safe and friendly and so much fun!

Another shout for an upgrade option! Would definitely pay more for out own portaloo! Parking at the pitch would be amazing, but if we had to choose one or the other, we’d choose the private loo!

Only two negative dog experiences (a lovely pile of poo left bang in the middle of the walkway to our camping location; and an escapee off the lead in the main arena) which isn’t bad at all considering the number of well-behaved and well-controlled dogs that were there, but as the parent of a dog-fearing child, I’d rather that didn’t become a permanent feature. 😬

  8. Abby Beer says:

Agree, loved the camping with personal loo aspect, and it definitely felt more relaxed than “normal” years, just wish there had been a few extra food vendors for variety and to avoid the running out issues.

  9. A crackin weekend, well done for pulling of a reet blinder Deer Shed Festival, roll on next year 🕺🕺🕺

  10. Fab weekend – thank so much! Agree with comments above – loved set pitch and individual loos. Looking fwd to next year! X

  11. Belter of a festival. Well done Deer Shed Festival… loved the camping.

  12. Not to put a dampener on it but can you please make sure there’s an awareness of the police crime number from all the phones that were stolen? We didn’t know and assumed was just us. Thanks
