It’s one thing for festival-goers who are maybe a short drive away, it’s quite another for someone coming from the other side of the planet. I’m already a bit gun-shy at buying airplane tickets (probably non-refundable), hotel reservations, car rental, on and on….to have it cancelled just a couple months or so beforehand…..I made the pilgrimage in 2000 and 2002 but I wonder if I’ll ever be able to again…??

Enjoy. Sadly very few festivals or any music events happening here in Ireland. Even our pubs sound quite without the musicians a playing. 😂🍺🎸

Can’t make Wickham but I’ve got my tickets for the Brasenose and for Chipping Norton in October. You won’t miss me, I’ll be wearing one of my Ron’s Crew t shirts. 😊
