Is the a reason why my payment for the monthly deposit keeps failing even though I have enough money to pay for the ticket.
Creamfields there is a big issue that is not being resolved with Ticketmaster for, by the looks, thousands of people. Can somebody please sort this as many people are concerned they will loose their ticket, and all previous payments made over a banking system fault. 🥲
Creamfields sort out the ticketmaster issue with people on the deposit scheme
Ticketmaster keep saying they have attempted to charge card but bank are saying no such attempt has been made
This issue is affecting thousands of people and ticketmaster just keep saying the same thing while thousands of people worry about the thought of losing their ticket.
Ticketmaster need to acknowledge the situation and come up with a solution rather than hit people with the same worrying response when the money is in the account waiting for them.
