Last year, we partnered with the Bupa UK Foundation, National Literacy Trust and Mind to encourage young people all around the country to write for their wellbeing as part of our Beyond Words project.

On #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek, the digital anthology of the young people’s breath-taking work has been published.

A survey of 40 participants revealed that 73% said the project showed them how writing can help express their feelings and 50% said Beyond Words made them realise how writing can make them feel better.
