Latest update from Todd in the Hole Festival
An enthusiastic crowd celebrated one part of Todd in Hole that survived the Covid clampdown.
What would have been Folk in the Woods became Todd folk at Letchworth Rugby Club.
There was sunshine, great music, beer, Pimms, and lovely sausages provided by the The Great British Sausage Company.
The crowd really warmed to the artists on offer …from Hillybilly rockers, Beans and Biscuits through to the nationally acclaimed Devine’s with Gor Jus Wrex and local favourites Skimmington Ride.
Rising stars Molly Armstrong and Kelvin Davies along with Mel Quinn provided some great sets as did folk club favourites Greg Rose and Dorrie Randall .
The gig ran from 1.30 to 8 pm and the crowd went home happy with hopes that it can be repeated next year at the Todd festival in July 22
Here’s hoping we can do it all again next year at its rightful venue!
