We’re proud as punch to be leading with a minimum 50:50 gender balanced line up in 2022. When we signed up to the Keychange pledge in 2018, this seemed like a huge challenge, but now we’re on track to exceed that figure with 54% of acts on our 2022 line up identifying as female or non-binary.
