Latest update from Shambala Festival

If you have booked an Shambala 2023 instalment ticket type, don’t forget your next instalment payment is due 1st February! You must have the funds in your bank account from midnight on Tuesday 31st January onwards, to ensure this payment does not bounce – or you may lose your ticket.

🌟 The payment will be taken using the card details you used to book the ticket initially – if you need to change this keep an eye out for an email from the Ticket Sellers with instructions.

🌟 Please add robot@theticketsellers.co.uk to your safe senders list to make sure any emails regarding your instalment plan do not end up in your spam folders.

🌟 After the payment is attempted, it could take up to four days for you to get an email confirming whether the payment was successful or not – look out for this so you can take the necessary action to save your ticket if payment is declined for any reason!

🌟 If a payment is declined you will be sent an email alerting you and you will then have until 48 hours before the next payment is due to make the missed payment manually. (If you are unable to do this your tickets will be invalid and all payments up to that point will be lost.)

🌟 Further instalment payments will be taken on 5th April and 7th June, all of the above applies to those payments too.

🌟 Instalment tickets are non-refundable, as per the terms and conditions of sale.

If you have any concerns or queries about this process, please contact the Ticket Sellers on info@theticketsellers.co.uk

We can’t wait to see you in August!

Love, Shambala HQ x
