When you book into Rockaway Beach, the total price you pay includes access to all three days and nights of live music, as well as the accommodation you select. There‰Ûªs a few types of room available, so pick what‰Ûªs right for you from what is still available. The more people that share a room, the less you are likely to pay per person. A group of six friends sharing for instance will cost you less to join us that a single or couple in the same apartment. So prices really do start from around å£90 per person depending how you book – especially if you make sure you enter RB10 as your promo code to save an additional tenner.
For anybody that doesn‰Ûªt know – Butlin‰Ûªs Bognor Regis is a holiday camp complex where everyone stays in hotels, chalets, or apartments. There is no camping at Rockaway Beach, which in January is not a bad thing. As prices include music and accommodation bundled together, there are no ‰ÛÏmusic only‰Û� passes available.
Your price also includes access to the huge swimming complex, which are open for some parties at certain times, as well as all the Q&As, silent discos, film screenings, pub quizzes, record signings, and some other treats and games the event programmes to accompany the live bill. There are some optional extras you can pay for as well, like the huge selection of arcade games and bowling. Plus you‰Ûªll have chance to visit a vinyl fair, and scout out some RB merch. There‰Ûªs also a general store for supplies including cigarettes and Rennies, a few pubs, and various takeaway or dine-in food options across the Butlin‰Ûªs site to keep you well fed and watered, including fish & chips of course.
Approximately; music starts 12pm each day, or a little later on the opening Friday, and runs until 1am with DJs and late night parties until around 2:30am. There‰Ûªs headline DJ sets, takeover parties in Bar Rosso, and silent discos. Stay tuned to socials for stage times nearer the event.
Where possible – Rockaway Beach avoids stage clashes. This means you can see most of the line-up, without missing anything. So what you see on the poster is hopefully what you‰Ûªll experience on your trip. There are two live music stages which are a one minute walk from each other.
Everything is pretty much under one roof. So don‰Ûªt worry about the weather. With the exception of walking a couple of mins from your chosen room booking, once you‰Ûªre in – you‰Ûªre in. The music venues, bars, arcades, cinema screen, and most other attractions, all branch off from the Skyline Pavilion.
Rockaway Beach is a festival that takes a zero tolerance approach to any kind of hate or aggression towards organisers, the team at Butlin‰Ûªs, or anybody that attends Rockaway Beach. They do not tolerate bullying, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any sort of discrimination or abuse whether physical or mental. Any breach of this may result in you being removed from the Butlin‰Ûªs site and Rockaway Beach. The show is a safe space for all.
