Got it spot on last year… this year not so much. Lack of wash facilities and showers (2 x showers only present in family camping and never worked) no bin/ waste areas. No organised entry into arena. Couldn’t believe there was no screening on the urinals at a “family festival”. what was the attendance? Twice that of last year which bottle necked on exit from arena. It couldn’t cope really. I’m sure The Quarry was a bigger tent last year? Gerry Cinnamon best act though awesome. Live in vehicle access was great though and better having box office and main entrance at the top. But it’s jinxed with the weather
Last year was way better. This year seemed like it was on a budget. Still had a great weekend though!

Positives – great sound and nice main arena. Friendly staff and people attending.
Negatives – no showers in family, queues to get in, no pot washing facilities, festival toilets from 20 years ago, urinals in the middle of the main thoroughfare. Too much noise bleeding from having too many stages in close proximity. Ynot you could learn a lot from Latitude – that’s where we’ll be back to. This festival is light years behind.
This post says 24th to 27th however booking confirmation says 17th to 20th?!

We have booked again but I do agree that last year seemed better. The layout of the arena seemed better last year too.
