The answer is no one. There are however greats in every genre of electronic music. For example Carl cox techno, tiesto trance, dillinja d&b and many more people and styles but to pick one overall you must be mad!
When he was in his trance prime, Armin was immense. Now he’s pure garbage.
Some boss shouts on here. Depends what strand of dance you’re into. You can’t really argue against a Carl Cox comment though. Solid call.
