Watchet Festival news: Holy Moly & The Crackers – Cold Comfort Lane (Official Video)

Latest update from Watchet Festival

We are very pleased to introduce and welcome to this years line up Holy Moly and the Crackersss who will be performing on the Udder stage on Sunday evening 25th August

Following their album release in 2017, HMATC have toured the UK twice, selling out venues across the country, received acclaimed reviews from R2 Magazine, Folk Radio UK, The Crack, Clash, No Depression, Blown Speaker and have been championed by BBC Introducing and RadioX and made successful debuts in The Netherlands, France, Germany and Italy as well as continuing their success on the UK festival circuit: They’ve pulled off an accoladed appearance at Glastonbury, appeared at Boomtown Fair, Bestival + Camp Bestival and graced the main stages at festivals such as Beautiful Days, Bearded Theory, Moonbeams + Colours of Ostrava (CZ).

'Salem's' lead single, the barnstorming indie-rock anthem ‘Cold Comfort Lane’, has been included on major Spotify playlists including Fresh Find & New Noise – with the band clocking up 1 million streams on the platform. The band has also had significant sync success, with 'Cold Comfort Lane' used by E4, BT Vision, Capital One, Ultimate Ears, KIA Sportage Cars and the credit title track for the blockbuster movie Oceans 8.

2019 brings Holy Moly & the Crackers back out on the world stage with a brand new album, an enhanced confidence and an army of growing fans.
Come along for the ride – the craziest party in town always has room for one more…

Hi everybody - we hope you've all kept safe and well throughout lockdown and are all looking forward to joining us next year.

We thought it was worth just reiterating this announcement about this year's festival being postponed JUST in case some are still planning to make the trip to Ratlinghope next weekend!

Keep your eyes peeled for more updates in the coming weeks.

We love you all xCOVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT:

It is with heavy hearts that we regretfully announce Farmer Phil’s Festival 2020 will not go ahead as planned.

Like many other events scheduled to be hosted this summer, we have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. The safety of our festival family – the performers, traders, staff, volunteers and not least you, our wonder supporters – is of the utmost importance to us and we have concluded that going ahead with the event is a risk simply not worth taking.

We realise that, while perhaps not unexpected in the current climate, this is disappointing news for everyone looking forward to our annual party in the Shropshire Hills.

So we are pleased to confirm that we have postponed this year’s event until 13-15 August 2021. We are working hard to replicate the line up that would have been playing for you this year, and those already confirmed will be announced on an updated event poster in the coming weeks.

Tickets purchased for this year will remain valid for the 2021 re-scheduled event and postal tickets will be sent out nearer the event itself. It would mean the world to us if you retained your tickets for next year, however we do appreciate that individuals’ circumstances can change, so if you’re unable to join us in Ratlinghope in 2021, please contact us for refunds via the channels below:

For postal ticket orders, please e-mail farmerphilsfestival@gmail.com

For online orders via Ticket Sellers, please contact Ticket Sellers directly

To help us process your request quickly, please only contact us via the above e-mail for postal ticket refunds – enquiries via social media can get missed.

Thank you again for your continued support – please continue to keep safe and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2021 when you can all geddon moi land again!
