I’d love to win this and take my hubby Paul it’s our 19th anniversary (married for 5 years nearly) at the end of August would be a pretty amazing way to celebrate. The Charlatans Melting Pot was the music we were listening to when we got together. It was our first victorious last year after 11 years overseas would be awesome to win this!

If I were lucky enough to win, I would take my husband Nick and our dear friends Laura and Dave Bryant who we met in 2006 at Emsworth train station. My husband and I were on our way to see The Charlatans at Portsmouth Guidhall; the train was cancelled due to an accident and no further trains were running. We got talking to the only other couple on the platform and it turned out we were all on our way to the same gig. Even though we had never met prior, we shared the same determination to attend the gig and agreed to share a taxi to town. We’ve been great friends ever since, thanks to the train that never left the platform that evening and because of our love of The Charlatans; winning this would be the icing on the cake and would commemorate that special evening almost 11 years ago 🙂 x
I reckon #PrinceHarry or #DaveGrohl would be ace Festi-buddies….but just in case they are both free and I can’t choose between them, I’d take the lovely Leon McGready….partly because he appreciates good music and partly cos he’d give me some of his Strongbow. 👍😊 Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! x
