Had a person email me today to ask about dogs at Solarsphere, I pointed them to the website where it states "NO DOGS OR PETS" , they said they had read that but their dog was friendly. I stated its site policy, plus we are not insured for dogs and pets, I then suffered a tirade of abuse via email calling me an animal hater, un caring hard nosed business type etc. Why are people so rude and think the rules do not apply to them. Last year we had someone turn up asking for electric hookup, again I said have you read the website, he said yes I saw you stated no electric hook ups but I thought you were not serious .. Had several people ask does the ticket price include B&B accommodation .. £50 for three days, what do you think lol
