CALL OUT FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF FESTIVAL ORGANISERS! After a hugely successful 2018, You Produce is back. A free, intensive training course for 18-25* year olds looking to gain experience in outdoor arts, brought to you by some of the top industry professionals in the festival circuit.
Based in Bristol, this is an evening course, comprised of 1 session a week, for 10 weeks.
You will have the chance to quiz festival producers on their projects, learn about their journeys into the sector and gain top tips on how to bring your ideas to life. Each week you will learn about a new discipline from production management to marketing and set design to selling tickets. At the end of the programme, there will be opportunities to apply to work on producing projects at a number of established UK festivals, including Shambala!
