Shambala Festival

Keen to do your bit to help your local community, but not sure where to start? We've put together a handy guide.

There are heaps of organisations and charities that need your help - whether it's through becoming an NHS volunteer, supporting your local food banks, helping keep local independent businesses (or your favourite boozer!) afloat, or signing up to be a check-in-and-chat volunteer for folks that are struggling with loneliness.

www.shambalafestival.org/adventures/how-to-safely-help-your-community-during-the-covid-19-pandemic/

We intend to update this guide regularly, so if you've got any leads for (reliable, factchecked and safe) ways to make a difference, drop us a line and tell us all about them!

Stay safe, wash yer hands, look after each other.

We may be self isolating, but Jazzy J Love (aka Queen of the legendary Shambala flashmob) is on hand to keep those dance muscles in tip top condition, so the moment this is over we can be dancing in the streets.

We're beavering away on a special edition, self isolation flashmob dance workshop - beamed into your homes at 6pm on Thursday 9th April, through the magic of both Facebook Live and Youtube Live Stream.

But first, we need YOU, the fine folk of Shambala, to help us choose the song.

Voting is now OPEN and will close at 5pm on Friday, 3rd April with your winner announced shortly after.

Your options are...

⭐ BRITNEY SPEARS - TOXIC

⭐TIFFANY - I THINK WE'RE ALONE NOW.

Social media comments will not be counted, so make sure you head to our website and cast your votes HERE: www.shambalafestival.org/adventures/self-isolation-flashmob-cast-your-votes-now/
