Food Trader applications for Shambala 2018 are now open! We have thousands of hungry tummies to feed, and are looking for a dizzying array of delicious dishes, inspired by flavours from all around the globe – yet as locally sourced as possible! We’ve been lucky enough to have worked with some really inspirational traders over the past 17 years, and with this in mind, we’re looking for the most ethically minded, sustainably sourced menus and well presented stalls.
Please note all traders will need to apply with a fully vegetarian menu, after 94% of respondents voted to keep the event meat and fish free, in this years’ post-event survey.
Shambalans – if you’ve stumbled across any amazing veggie food traders that you’d love to see trade at Shambala this year, point them this way!
