Fancy teaching Shambala to sing, drum, pluck and strum? Here’s your chance!
We welcome workshops of all ilks, from beginner to more advanced sessions, audiences with artists, and talks. There is often the chance to perform in addition to running workshops. Find out more and get your applications in, here: http://www.shambalafestival.org/application/voice-workshop/
Fancy coming camping with us next month?
We're still beyond gutted to not be welcoming you to Shambala this year - but we've dreamt up an alternative in the meantime for those of you that (like us) are still yearning for the chance to roam, connect with nature and sleep under canvas this summer.
We've been hard at work turning our beautiful Shambala Festival site into a safe, spacious and socially distanced pre-pitched campsite for 3 separate weekends in August 2020: The 7-10th, the 14-17th and 21st - 24th.
Campers can enjoy access to over 200 acres of grounds, lakes, stunning gardens and (enchanted!) woods. Our team have pulled out all the stops to provide the safest experience possible (down to having your very own loo for the weekend and a minimum of 10 metres between each pitch) and we will provide as many complimentary campsite activities as possible whilst remaining in line with social distancing event guidelines.
We'll have food traders available for those that don't wish to cook - as well as our beloved Shambala crew bar 🍻
Bookings are now open - and some of our packages have already sold out. To check out our brochure, FAQs and to book, head here: www.kambe-events.co.uk/carry-on-kelmarsh/
A few important things to note:
⭐️This is NOT a festival - but a very spacious campsite - so please don't turn up expecting to rave your socks off and cuddle strangers!
⭐️This is a pre-pitched only event (rather than a bring-your-own-camper-vans-and-tents affair). It has been designed to support our amazing Shambala tent suppliers who have seen their summer income evaporate this year.
⭐️ If you have any questions that are not answered in our FAQ, please pop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Maybe we'll see you all in the fields after all! x ... See MoreSee Less

Hey folks - it's been brought to our attention that a fake Shambala Festival page has been set up on Facebook (that looks very much like our official page) with a Shambala Festival 2020 online event set up also. This is nothing to do with us and likely the first step towards something scammy. We have reported it to Facebook but please be careful - this is our ONLY official Facebook page and we have not set up an event page for a digital Shambala event. Be safe! x ... See MoreSee Less
Very shameful..I think I saw the Shambala live post..I really thought it was you guys..
Thanks for the info - we have had the same and thought we were going a bit insane.... x
This has also happened to us. They were scamming people last night pretending they were doing a live stream the same time we were 🙁 We're reporting it now, and will keep you posted. Not what we need! 💛
If you cut into them they’re probably made of cake...
Luke McGovern sounds like the same scam that someone is trying to set up against made festival and carnival magnifico
No I'm Shambala Festival and so is my wife!
Happening across the country by the sounds of it
Same happened to Bearded Theory I think
Are there any guaranteed 2021 ticket donations still available?
Also happened for lost horizons(Shangri la).
Noted and shared...
Yes I did a small online arts festival on here a few weeks agoand someone tried to spam the page and also duplicate a messenger group message via one of the artists watch that one too if you do have a messenger group with artists etc. Tighten security throughout. They are getting everywhere atm with Social media being hot property to be on.
Yes, they will link through to a site which appear to offer a live stream if you give your debit card details.
I've published a blog about dozens of Scams on Facebook which specifically target online live events. This is how the scam seems to be operating: 1. multiple fake profiles and Groups/Pages are set up. then create Fake Event Pages that look genuine 2. They are used to mislead/distract the general public and official artists accept co-host requests without realising. 3. People who visit the Official Artist page see all upcoming events and click 'going' or 'interested'. 4. The Fake profilers wait until the official event takes place and begin posting Multiple spam links on the Official Festival/Artist Page and on their own fake pages. These links take users to a website that require you to enter Email Address, Password and Credit/Debit Card Details. I have saved screenshots of examples, published as evidence for Balter Festival. Shindig Festival. Download Festival. Hootananny. Wireless Festival. Glasthomebury Festival. Glastonbury. On a Misson. Lost Horizons Festival. Lytham Festival. Latitude. We Rock Shrewsbury. Love Saves the Day. Boomtown. Reading Festival. Bearded Theory. Beautiful Days. Facebook has not responded to my reports. According to police, Action Fraud is the place to use. They said the more indivdual reports they receive, the quicker they can respond, so if anyone notices examples, please do take a moment to report seperately, direct to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or www.actionfraud.police.uk Anyone needing help to report can use the evidence from my blog (www.festivalsevents.uk/the_blogger) or for more help contact me direct via messenger. So last night whilst we were fast asleep, you absolutely incredible human beings SMASHED through our crowdfunder stretch target.
The amount you have collectively raised will go a long, long way towards helping us climb out of the financial hole that losing this years’ income has left us in, and though we don’t really have the words to express our gratitude, we’ll give it a good crack anyway...
The past few months have been incredibly tough for us – both financially and emotionally – but the support that you, our amazing community has shown us, has absolutely blown our minds. You came together and caught us when we were falling – and for that, we will be forever grateful.
A huge thank you to everybody who has rolled their tickets over, made a donation, claimed a crowdfunder reward or even just dropped us a line with such kind and loving words about Shambala – we are truly overwhelmed by your kindness and community spirit.
We’ll leave the crowdfunder ticking over for these last five days before the deadline, in case any of you are still keen to get your mitts on any of the rewards – we’ve currently got just 9 ‘Guaranteed 2021 ticket rewards’ remaining, and there’s still time to enter the draw to win 2 lifetime tickets, as well as the art prints and merch - here's the link: www.crowdfunder.co.uk/keep-our-adventures-in-utopia-safe
We can not WAIT to be reunited with you all, for the silliest, fluffiest, cuddliest party in our 20 year history. Here’s to lake-side lazing, enchanted-woodland raving, carnival strutting, power ballad crotch-thrusting and an icy cold pint in the Wonky Cock. Here’s to you lot.

A heart felt message to Team Shambala. I am beyond delighted that all your hard work and dedication over the years has been supported by beautiful people who appreciate you make a big difference in today's material world. ❤❤. Your journey has been a privilege to observe.
Hi there could I just ask what sort of prizes will be for people who choose to roll over their ticket and add the 30 donation? All my friends have done this which is wonderful but I lost my job before covid and not sure I'll have enough to do it but also I dont want to be ragingly jealous of everyone else going to or experiencing some crazy things and I get left alone hahaha (Definitely a selfish ask and I am sorry for that if I had the money I would throw it all at shambala as it is my saving grace each and every year) So happy you managed to reach the targetxxxx
Woohoo!! I never had any doubt you’d smash it. This is absolute cold hard evidence of of good karma right here in it’s entirety xx Best place and people on earth!
Ed Clements yay
God, I love Shambalans. In a period of darkness, this news, the comments and the uptake of the always creative an innovative rewards (we would have expected nothing less - and if we weren’t already married, we would have said “f*ck it, let’s do it!”) has all genuinely given my (up and down) heavy heart a lift. 💚💚💚💚💚💚
Best team in the world❤
