Calling all instalment ticket holders! Your next (and final) instalment payment will be taken on Sunday 2nd June!
You must ensure you have the funds in your bank account from midnight on the 1st June onwards to ensure this payment does not bounce!
Please read through the following very carefully:
🌟 If your card has been lost/stolen/replaced since your last payment, you MUST update your card details or the payment will fail. You can do this by logging into your TheTicketSellers.co.uk account here: https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/
🌟 Please add email@example.com to your safe senders list to make sure any email updates do not end up in your spam folders, as neither ourselves or The Ticket Sellers are able to take responsibility for missed communications due to individual spam settings.
🌟 After the payment is attempted on 2nd June it could take up to four days for you to get an automated email, confirming whether the payment was successful or unsuccessful –it is important you look out for this so you can take action and ensure you don’t lose your ticket, if payment is declined!
🌟 Instalment tickets are non-refundable, as per the terms and conditions of sale so it’s incredibly important that this final instalment is paid off.
🌟 Your festival tickets will be emailed out to you on 1st August 2019.
