Shambala Festival news: Attention: Instalment Ticket Buyers!

Latest update from Shambala Festival

If you have purchased a Shambala Instalment ticket of any kind, please be aware that your next instalment payment will be taken on Saturday 2nd February.

You must ensure you have the funds in your bank account from midnight on the 1st February onwards to ensure this payment does not bounce – or you may lose your ticket.

Please read through the following very carefully:

🌟 The payment will be taken from the bank account you used to book the ticket initially – if you need to change this to another account, look out for an email from with instructions on how to do this.

🌟 Please add to your safe senders list to make sure this (and any further emails) does not end up in your spam folders. Neither ourselves or The Ticket Sellers are able to take responsibility for missed communications due to individual spam settings.

🌟 After the payment is attempted, on 2nd February, it could take up to four days for you to get an automated email, confirming whether the payment was successful or unsuccessful – it is important you look out for this so you can take action and ensure you don't lose your ticket, if payment is declined!

🌟 Subsequent payments will be taken on April 2nd and June 2nd and all of the above applies to these payments too!

🌟 Instalment tickets are unrefundable, as per the terms and conditions of sale.

If you have any concerns or queries about this process, please contact The Ticket Sellers on

See you in August! x

Join us as we celebrate 20 years of adventures in utopia. Tickets for Shambala 2020 will go on sale at 1pm sharp on Tuesday 29th October.

We were so happy to have over a quarter of you coming by coach or bike last year, so this year we're offering Β£20 off adult tickets booked as part of a Shambala Express Coach Package or Red Fox Cycle Package.
