A career in festival production: Bizarre, occasionally stressful, unbelievably fun and incredibly rewarding.

If you’re 18-25 and interested in getting into the industry, listen up! You Produce is a brand new festival producing programme based in Bristol. Delivered in collaboration with Portland Productions and Creative Youth Network, this programme will see you spending time with festival producers, quizzing them on their journeys and gaining experience in areas such as production management, marketing, set design and ticket selling. There are also opportunities to produce festival content at some amazing UK festivals, including Shambala!
