  1. Yes madness and mad and dangerous driving by people responsible for the setup. Yesterday, a dog was killed by a vehicle and today, I was horrified to see a vehicle driving recklessly across the field, through numerous dogs and their owners at aproximately 25 miles per hour, totally ignoring the speed limit of 5 mph. I shouted after them but was ignored. They drove through the carpark and back out along side the childrens play area, where I forced them to stop by standing in the middle of the path. When I spoke to the driver about his speed he was both ignorant and arrogant, saying that “he had no speedo so did not know what speed he was going at” and that “dogs should be on a lead”. He had no concern what so ever about the death of a dog after being run over.
