Indietracks

Fancy winning a piece of Indietracks history?

Here’s your chance to own one of three special 2018 Indietracks canvas bags, signed by loads of the artists playing at this year’s festival and stuffed full of lots of records and goodies from the merchandise tent!

All the proceeds from the auction will go to the Midland Railway – the steam railway charity where our festival is based. Please visit Ebay before 8pm on Monday 13 August to bid for one of the signed bags - more info here: www.indietracks.co.uk/bid-for-a-piece-of-indietracks-history-5/

Thanks so much to everyone who’s downloaded our Indietracks 2018 compilation album. So far you’ve raised over £2,000 for the railway charity, which is amazing!

Indietracks

Thanks so much to everyone who came along to Indietracks this year! We had a fantastic time once again, and we really hope you did too!

Thanks so much to all the amazing artists and DJs, workshop organisers, caterers, kids’ area entertainers and stall holders, and big thanks also to Matt and Xcite Audio Services for doing the stages and sound so brilliantly, and to Claire Goldthorp for doing all our artwork, bags and t-shirts.

And as always, a massive thanks to the Midland Railway staff and trustees and our volunteers who worked incredibly hard to make Indietracks happen this year.

Finally, a huge thanks to all of YOU for coming along and supporting Indietracks and the railway again this year! We enjoyed all your singing, dancing, workshop creations, fine taste in real ales and your karaoke performances, and you made it a really special atmosphere once again this year. You also raised some really important money for the railway charity again, which is really appreciated – thank you!

If you’re already missing Indietracks as much as we are, here’s a few things you can do: www.indietracks.co.uk/thanks-for-coming-to-indietracks-2018/

(Thank you Michael Conroy and Mathew Schwartz for the photographs)

The last weekend of July is always reserved for Indietracks. More Spanish bands next year please. Melanas were the best band of the weekend for me.

Happy Spendy were spellbinding x

We went on Saturday and had a brilliant time. Linda Guilala, Dream Wife, Eureka California, Colour Me Wednesday and French Boutik were all fantastic. Thanks to Indietracks for my new playlist and more bands to see in the future.

the best! xx
