Please welcome Rasmus Munk, head chef and co-owner of gourmet restaurant, Alchemist, Lone Landmand & Søren Sørøver from Brandbygegård, The Ciderpavillon by Æblerov & Friends, Winterspring, cheesemaker Marie Linea Østergaard, and Louise Beck Brønnum from the Alchemist T[A]este lab.
