The food scene Tasteland Stage is our platform for interactive and appetizing talks and workshops. This year’s program ranges from sourdough baking over whiskey distillery, fermented cocktails to the world’s best chocolate. Meet the gastro-botanist Evarist March, who collects wild plants for the three Michelin star restaurant Celler de Can Roca, everybody’s favorite forager John Wright of River Cottage, the food enthusiast Nadine Levy Redzepi, the fabulous dessert lovers Marie Holm and Morten Lindberg (Master Fatman)of Radio24syv’s Croque Monsieur and many more.
