Ok... I’ve got my vouchers. Let’s hope it’s not the same disappointing mess as last year.

We have our vouchers, doesn't matter who is playing, just love the event

Tickets to what tho'? We know its the Extravaganza, and we know the date. What we dont know is who will be performing. Why would we buy a ticket not knowing that? Not for me I'm afraid, until they announce the performers.

And the headline will be queen. But will change on the night to something nobody would pay for.

Might be Madness!

Paula Jackie !!

Mike Daniells Sue Daniells

James Townsend

Claire Rees

Steven we gonna go again this year? Xx

Quo please

Tammy, are you up for it xxx

Geoff Bowman

Mollie Collier

Tina Mapplebeck

Nick Carter Elizabeth Brooks

Would like to know who is playing ?

Oh, so much whinging!! ...Who do you call when you need a performer without a band, who needs no rehearsal, who is known by many AND available at the drop of a hat. The choices are limited and we got a big fish from that tiny pool and one that gave it his best! Well done to the organising team, who sent us home having had a different experience, but still a fantastic, sunshine-infused, firework-finaled musical extravaganza. Rodney Branigan was a great call too - we were chuffed to discover him!!

Thank-you so much for having me perform! Thought I was gonna be supporting Paloma Faith and ended up supporting Tom Odell!! 🤣🤩 It was such a shame that Paloma couldn’t perform but vocal chords are delicate & precious.. I’m sure the decision wasn’t made lightly. Thanks to the whole Glasto team & to Michael! Best day ever for me, Thankyou!! 💗🎤

Very disappointed ,Tom Odell good artist but not vibrant. I am not convinced by the announcer stating that 3 doctors examined her ....I work for the NHS & there's no way you can get more than one doctor via 111, to examine one patient in Somerset! 😢 I think a refund or free admission to Sunday Glastonbury festival next year would suffice with your Extravaganza ticket, what do think Mr Eavis.

Had a fantastic evening. You pulled out all the stops to prevent the evening being cancelled (which to those who had travelled - although I thought this event was more of a ‘local event’ and not to be confused with the Glastonbury Festival) would surely have been worse! I can understand people may feel disappointed but WOW - Tom Odell as a last minute replacement 👍. Despite what must have been a nightmare backstage you provided us with a lovely evening of entertainment. Well done to all of the organisers - you did us ‘locals’ proud xx

Thank you thank you, we travelled from Jersey to be there. Best couple of days I’ve had in years, Glastonbury is a must see for everyone, feel completely chilled out just for visiting there and the extravaganza was the cherry on the cake. While it was a bit of a shock to hear Paloma was not coming on, how amazing are the team to pull out all the stops and get not just one but two amazing performers! Rodney Brannigan spellbound me, what an artist, and i really felt like the cat that got the cream when Tom Odell arrived. Legendary, thank you for making my year xxxx

It must have been stressful for the organisers when Paloma cancelled literally just before she walked on stage. It’s nobody’s fault . Not hers or the organisers. It is disappointing though for people who travelled a long way or stayed overnight to come and see her but at least we got to watch another couple of artists and those amazing fireworks rather than just being sent away. Maybe Paloma will do something when she’s better. Re-schedule somewhere and get in with our tickets maybe. Xx

Not sure what to think apart from how very disappointing and after traveling in some hideous traffic from Oxfordshire although doubtless it would happen, I’d kind of like my money back Mr Eavis, we love Glastonbury but didn’t need to part with £70 to enjoy the surroundings for something that wasn’t as advertised ☹️

I’m sure Paloma tries to get onstage but she’s only human. Tom Odell did a fab job just him and his piano. Great evening and event as usual.

Lovely evening despite the change of performers , beautiful weather and great fireworks but as we were leaving I felt ashamed to be British so much rubbish was left where people had been sitting , some had made the effort to at least put there rubbish by the very full bins but most had just left it where they sat , disgusting and very sad to see 😢

Although I understand that people get ill, as other people have pointed out, this was not the last minute revelation we were told it was, Tom Odell may be what some people like, but not my cup of tea. I feel let down and let down at the last minute having made arrangements to be at the day, as had many others. More notice would have been better, maybe I could have found a Tom Odell fan to give my tickets. I have lost a lot of respect and trust for the organisers, not just Mr Evis. The news could have been handled better. Other events I have had tickets for and the singer has had to cancel, I have had a refund. The fact they have the clause that allows them to replace last minute with whoever they can get shows that they care more about the event carrying on than the enjoyment of the people turning up. Despite Tom Odell not being what I wanted to watch, I applaud his braveness and professionalism in turning up to what was in places a hostile audience, and with many people leaving as he came on. What a horrible position to put him in.

I'd have paid £35 just to hear that amazing DJ. Didnt carch his name. Jason somebody. He got the party started.

Unfortunately I don’t think artists take the Extravaganza seriously. We’ve had a few pull out now all with “laryngitis “.

What I don’t understand is that laryngitis doesn’t suddenly occur, paloma must have known earlier that she was ill! A very expensive £210 + £120 taxi for our posh picnic 😞

Huge disappointment. Rumours abound re real reason? Not lost voice! I came to see Paloma. Don’t think it should end here?

Well done to Tom Odell. What a professional.

Wasn’t at all bothered by Paloma Faiths pull out , the replacements were fantastic

We booked for Joan Armatrating, same story, never again.

Strange how this keeps happening. Waste of money paying to see acts that don’t appear.

They think we’re suckers ! And how The stage was never set up for Paloma’s band - they knew she wasn’t going on much much earlier but got us in under false pretences and spun a yarn about her suddenly getting ill at 8 o’clock . Just maybe it’s all an untruth and to do with last minute contract discrepancies ?! Cynical old me ......

Shambles

Not good 😞

Great night.

Why did she cancel?
