Is it going to be on next year. A friend and I came up from Colchester especially for that weekend. It would be a shame if it was a one off

We are a young festival, and we start as we mean to go on - prioritising an environmentally aware ethos. We decided not to use lids on the drinks as we were on the beach itself, even though we had biodegradable ones, and it went down really well.

So this sounds like it's gonna be back, good stuff and bravo on the policy.

Brilliant! Well done First Light Festival!! 😎😍

I'm interested in finding out more about green tech for live performances. Are you planning to use any?

This is great news. My six year old was very upset at First Light Festival, because of the number of discarded cups and bottled on the beach. I picked some up but had to walk a very long way before I encountered a bin! I really hope that there will be a solution to this next year ☺️👍🏻

Maybe encourage people to cycle to the festival? Critical Mass cycle event?
