Ok, this is a bit of a pet peeve of mine. WTF is the booking fee for on an e-ticket other than pure profiteering, and what justification is there for it being a different amount for each type of ticket? Don’t tell me it’s to cover the costs of the service provider to do payment processing and tracking of tickets. Ive designed and put in these systems in a few countries. The service provider has a cost of about 1.5p to process each order and payment in total for an e-ticket. Come on Phil, I love ya like the Farmer Uncle I never had, but this is taking the mick a bit. Hell, I’ll charge half the amount of processing charge per ticket, do it by hand, and still make a bucket of dosh.
