Thank you Katie for the positive vibes and its true, we do offer the whole weeks camping and we are working hard on things to do leading up to the weekend its self, some of the artists may not be your idea of a great festival however I am planning on the party element of it been the 20th year with fun and games maybe even the odd drink, so who’s with us and up for a good old knees up to celebrate 20 years at Farmer Phils
Jessica x 🎉🍻😘🤗

Katie

Got bored reading through monotonous moaning mind numbing nonsense. £80 for 7 days camping in a field or three full of wonderful people, surrounded by beautiful hills in a stunning part of the country.oh no wait… and you get to see live artists, new and old and have a damn good week long camping party. Stop hating on this festival and put all your negative energy into making positive changes …. like anti fracking campaigns and such like … good grief

Peace and love

I have stayed at Farmer Phil’s Festival for the last 2 years and have never experienced such a great place to be. Everyone so friendly and a what a fantastic atmosphere regardless what bands are on. Last year was so muddy but quite fun all the same. Made it feel like a real festival, lol. Unfortunately, have to miss this year’s festival as on holiday. Bad planning on my part 🙁 May I wish it as much success as previous years. I shall be back next year no matter who is on the set list or whatever it is called. Simply love it there 🙂 keep the faith 🙂 x

I’ve loved Farmer Phil’s and am sure it will be great again this year although I can’t be there due to work. Having seen the line up it’s not entirely my bag but then who’d have known how much I enjoyed Rev Peyton. As an FD fan I’d have been upset to miss them but can understand people wanting a change and they’re not everyone’s cup of tea, but there was some unnecessary grief on the site given to a band who have fully supported the whole festival and other bands over the past few years. Have a great 20th!

I’ve had brilliant times at farmer Phils. I even missed Dr and the medics… But can try again this year. X

I’m never that familiar with the line up but we go whenever we can for the friendly relaxed atmosphere, the kids love it and it really isn’t bad when you class it as a mini camping break away, which would cost a lot more!

Went to Reading festival for 1 day last year. That was 100 quid. Anyone who moans about 80 quid for a whole week needs to get a reality check. I have heard only good things about this festival. 🙂

Never heard any moans. Great festival, best there is and we’ve been to a few Diffrent festivals over the years. Can’t wait to go back. Great people and a great place to chill for all the family.

Music can unite people and also divide them. FP’s is a great family festival not a bespoke Rock, Blues, Pop, Country etc. and therefore they have tried to mix it up. The old adage of ‘you can’t please all the people all the time’ rings true here. However, what you will get is every artist performing to the best of their ability to entertain those that like them and hopefully introduce those who don’t to a new sound. Live music is completely different than a video, cd, vinyl etc. and if people can open their minds, me included, to the different sounds I am sure the atmosphere will take over. We have our tickets and will be prepared to give every artist a chance. 👍

We came for the first time last year and as soon as this year’s dates were announced me & my wife booked time off work and then when the tickets came out bought them on the first day. For us, whilst the music is important, the festival is more than the music for us. It’s our annual family holiday where me, my wife and our two boys can spend some quality time camping out, meeting fantastic people, sinking a few/lots of beers in an environment we all feel safe in. One of the things we loved last year was sitting up by the bar with a beer , watching the festival come together over the week 🙂
