Planet rock are brilliant at promoting new, up and coming bands with various festivals like Rambling Man fair, Rockstock and Winters end. Weekends where established and more popular bands, who started off being warm up acts, are at the top of the bill and lots of great new bands get to play to a new audience. I love hearing a new band that I end up liking enough to buy their album and merch’.
These lads and lassies work so hard gigging around the country. I know every sale matters to them. It’s another couple of guitar strings or a bit more fuel for the van ect, ect.
Support live music.

There is absolutely loads of new up and coming bands playing in venues all over the UK. The idea “NO NEW ACTS” will happen because old musicians die is ridiculous.
