Latest Festival Flyer update from Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival

We’re delighted to announce the line up for this year’s collaboration with the innovating multi-arts festival Hidden Door – what a amazing way to kick off our 40th Anniversary celebrations! SAVE THE DATE: 1 June 2018.

On the bill:

The kings of orchestral jazz and dub fusion, Submotion Orchestra are back with their latest album “Kites”, a glorious return to the smoky, jazz infused electronica which made Finest Hour the cult record that it has now become.

The mighty London Afrobeat Collective make their Edinburgh debut with an explosive mix of raw funk, latin and rock, all glued together by bold brass and dance-floor sweat.

Edinburgh-based funky outfit James Brown Is Annie kick things off with music from their new album (released in September 2018) produced by original AWB member Hamish Stuart.
