MUD MORGANFIELD Live Leave me alone @ Later with Jools Holland 2012 HQ

Latest Festival Flyer update from Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival

Calling All Blues Fans

We are delighted to announce a stonking double bill of Blues From Chicago – featuring Mud Morganfield Band and John Primer Band.

Mud Morganfield can sound uncannily like his father and his band salutes Muddy Waters heritage and proves that the old songs can sound as fresh as they were 50 years ago.

For many years John Primer was bandleader and guitarist for Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon and Magic Slim. His influence has helped shape and form Chicago Blues as we enjoy it today.

This double bill will take place on Saturday 21st July.
