During #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, the team at Cheltenham Festivals have been doing a number of activities to boost morale, help us stay in tune with our mental wellbeing and know what support is available to us. Part of this involved creating a playlist where we all fed in our 'feel-good' songs. It's such an uplifting listen and also a great way to discover new music.

In any given year, over 600 children In Gloucestershire are unable to access mainstream schooling due to conditions like mental health disorders, cancer, epilepsy, and orthopaedic, neurological and respiratory disorders. The majority of these young people are aged between 14 and 16.

Our Beyond Words programme offers KS4 students the chance to work with a writer-in-residence in order to improve their mental wellbeing.

They then get the chance to present their work at #cheltlitfest's Young Writers' Showcase.
