Ok so James Martin definitely failed his donut eating challenge but there was still some amazing track chat with Jason Plato at CarFest! From crashing at Goodwood, to the ugliest car ever made and a solid 'your mum' joke thrown in for good measure. Could James have completed the challenge?

This is why I love James Martin.

Ha ha I remember the goodwood crash I'm the marshal who got there first and I remember what Jason said when we pushed you back to the pits at the end

Would love to have had a survey on the accessibility side of things, which needs vast improvements ....

Just completed the survey and really disappointed there is no space to write any feedback, guess I'll send you guys a message

Agree about the lack of any comments boxes. Did not give the opportunity to explain the ratings given, some of which were weather driven rather than a reflection of the event. Very strange survey really 🤔

Need more compost loo’s! 👌👏👏

I agree about the lack of comment boxes I said the camping wasn’t up to scratch but that was mainly due to the mud rivers otherwise it was ace 😊

Is there a link as many people brought tickets from others

Hi how can I contact you directly?

Where's the link to the survey?

Bev Hitchcock can you forward me the survey please xx

I didn’t get one

Question 51 - no option for Rock or Rock n Roll 🤷🏻‍♀️

Rich Lomax

Dave Hodgkinson

Emma Kate David Burridge

Joseph Ward you’re famous 😁

  1. All those saying it’s boring maybe don’t get tickets and then those of us who’ve not been lucky enough to get tickets for the last few years will actually get a chance to see these bands 😆😄

  2. All these miserable bleating Nay Sayers that are complaining that some of the acts are repeated should remember a few things.
    1. All the acts give their time free of charge.
    2. There have been FANTASTIC shows each time I have been and I would be glad to see them all again.
    3. It’s to raise money for CHILDREN in need.
I’ll be on line at 0800 to take my family!! CFN rocks!!! Spat over!!

  3. For goodness sake people – how can you possibly be unhappy with this line up! Half are new to CF and those returning have been amazing every time – and all in aid of Children in Need! If you’re not happy don’t go and leave it to those of us who are already excitedly looking forward to it!!!

  4. All the people who say, if it’s boring don’t go, are missing the point entirely. This is for a charity that we all, I’m sure, are desperate to support, but people are careful with their pounds and they need to be earned and enticed. I’ve taken my family to carfest every year and donated thousands and thousands there and will continue to do so, but if it’s not relevant then it will dwindle and lose that pound from families who haven’t made up their minds and are drawn by the new and exciting. Same old line up is a dangerous ploy… and reflects the inner circle of Evan’s mates..

  5. Went rainfest north this year. It was ok but dont expect to get close to the cars unless you’re rich and vip passes… so if its a charity event why is food and drink eye wateringly expensive… dont get me wrong its was a good event but it could be much much better… and omg the toilets are unbelievably bad beyond words

  6. I’m going to leave the ticket lines free for people tomorrow as yes I’ve seen many of these before. I have to agree it seems less about the cars than it once was. We showed ours in the Vintage Village and the Paddock at Oulton Park and was lovely but we got a bit cheesed by having to pay to take our car there, and then pay to get into the Festival as well. They guys who give up their time and hard earned to put on the cat show need a big thank you from me! Enjoy yourselves everyone

  7. I hope Rick Astley is better in CFS 2018 than he was in CFS 2017. He was awesome in CF 2016 but didn’t bring his a game this year.
Lesson for everyone, stick to crowd pleasers like the Chiefs did and don’t do new stuff. CFS 2016 best night was Friday by a million miles!
