ROLL OVER ‘N’ ROLL ON CARFEST 2021!🤘🏼

A massive thank you to every single one of you who have already been so supportive & have said that you’d like to roll over your tickets to 2021! Your generosity helps us to ensure that we can still continue to raise money for our all important & incredible charity partners 🌟

BUT we still need your support more than ever to ensure we can continue to still keep raising money for UK Children’s Charities! So if you can, please hold onto your ticket and roll it over to CarFest 2021 so that we can all have the biggest and best party next year🙌🏼🥳

In the meantime, let us take you back to remember some of the amazing highlights from CarFest 2019 for a couple more moments… before you know it, CarFest 2021 will be just around the corner! ☺️

Happy to roll tickets to 2021.... but I haven’t had them anyway so I guess you’ll just be sending them out next year?

How and when can I purchase tickets for Carfest North 2021?

Awesome video !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠

What to carry over my ticket can't find my booking ref. Any advice?

Does anyone know - if you originally had tickets to CF North and then transferred them to CF United, do you they revert back to North for 2021?

If we’re using our tickets next year, do we need to do anything?

Thank you for this! Amazing memories, can't wait for CFS 2021! 💕🌈

Cannot wait & always fun guaranteed. Thanks for the memories ❤

Aww watching the video brings back happy memories 😎🏎🥂☀️🌦🌧☔️😂

Yes very happy to roll over. Look forward to it

Jake Leech.. good times !

CARFESTERS, WE HAVE A MESSAGE FROM CHRIS TO YOU…

You may have heard Chris on the radio today announcing that as a result of the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we have taken the difficult decision to reschedule both CarFest North & CarFest South until next year, 2021.

The rescheduled dates are:

CarFest North – Bolesworth Estate, 23rd – 25th July 2021
CarFest South – Laverstoke Park Farm, 27th – 29th August 2021
(We aim to go on sale for 2021 in October 2020)

We really need YOUR help to help save CarFest! If you have purchased a ticket to one of this year’s shows, please hold onto your ticket as it will automatically be rolled over to next year’s show! CarFest is not a profit operation & has raised over £16m for UK Children Charities & we want to continue to do this with your kindness & support!

If you have purchased a ticket, you will be personally emailed by a member of Team CarFest which includes all of the important information you will need.

Thanks for all of your support in advance and we hope you’re keeping well through these difficult times.

Thanks, Team CarFest x

Definitely keeping our tickets, CF is my highlight of the year. We came to the first one and have loved everyone since! Well done team fingers crossed that most people are in a position to keep hold of their tickets. ☀️🌈🍕🍻🍺🎶🏕🇬🇧❤️🥂🥂🥂

Sad it’s not happening this year but it’s the decision I was expecting as my whole summer of events had now pretty much been postponed. It’s the right decision & personally happy to keep our tickets to roll over to next year (especially if it means the charities benefit).

Sad but the right decision!! Maybe CarFest@home this year?! I’ve got the new festival tent ready. I’m sure we can do something!! Looking forward to next year already. Stay safe and well 🚘 ⛺️ ☀️ 🌈

Happy to roll it over, won’t have the stress of trying to get the tickets in November! It’s the heat decision as it would have been irresponsible to hold it this year.

We will miss going this year but we are happy to leave our tickets and we can’t wait for the huge party next year 🥳🥳🥳 Hopefully our tent will be dry by then! Well done Chris and the team xx

Sensible decision in the circumstances. Time to plan a CarFest at home so we don’t miss out. Wonder how much of the vibe and activities we can recreate. Creative thinking challenge here we come.

I’m happy to rollover my ticket and already planning to do a virtual Carfest South on the same weekend as it should have been held this year!

This year is tough on all of us and the charities we support. We have emailed with details of how we could help next year 🐯

To the car fest team - you work so hard to create an amazing event. It must of been a hard decision to make but for all the right reasons- have already booked time off for next year. Take care and keep safe - taz from Devon

What a party car fest 2021 will be! We would be mad to miss it even though we only manage to come for 1 day! I am just in the process of re-organising my air BnB for next year!

Well done Chris and the team we will roll our tickets over. See you all 2021.

Not surprised and happy for tickets to rollover. One question though (you may not know the answer yet). If we bought a child ticket and by next year they are too old, will this years child price be honoured and can they still use the ticket? (Helen Cummins)

Gutted for everyone but right decision. Pls pls pls put tickets on sale for 2021 - people will buy them NOW and you could add the option for a charity ‘uplift’ to support your charities for 2020. 😘😘

Much better decision..2 car fests always better than only one 😉❤ and who wouldn't want to cling on to those golden tickets xx

Happy to roll over but we are the position of having 2 adult tickets and free child ticket (for a 5 yr old) for CF 2020...so would be nice to know how they’re going to deal with the fact we’ll need an over-6 paying ticket for our daughter for CF 2021!!

Requesting a rollover is fair enough but not offering a refund is not right. People's circumstances may mean they have more urgent need of the money. People may have plans for the CarFest weekend next year. CarFest should treat us like grown-ups and allow us to decide. Section 75 claims on credit cards seem to be the only way to get your money back.

Well done Chris and team !!!

I’m more than happy to roll over for next year!!! Last years car fest was amazing, I loved every second of it. I now have something to look forward to next year and even more time to save for spending money 😜. Carfest is a massive charity Chris spends the money by giving it to the people, and groups who need it. I applaud him and his team for all their work 💝 xx

Chris I cannot believe you are not offering a refund. Given the current climate there are people that need a refund with their circumstances. I've supported you for years including your move to virgin radio but you really have got this one wrong! Offer a refund and have a heart for those that need it. People are adults so let them decide!

We missed November date and were buying tickets in April, I'm happy to still buy now for next year if it's an option?

Definitely keeping my ticket and I might be tempted to buy a ticket for CarFest North as well ...😊 keep up the brilliant work

I am happy to roll over the tickets, though we haven’t got our physical tickets yet, would we still receive them this year? This would have been our first visit and is a bucket list item so def gonna wait a little longer.

Can you confirm if tickets for a north will automatically roll over to next year or do we have to email to confirm this is what we have to do. Been on your website and in part it states automatic roll over and another part states sending an email with booking reference.

We're going to miss our annual jaunt to Carfest South but sensible decision for this year. We will definitely roll our tickets for a huge party in 2021. Thank you Chris & team. X

We'll be definitely rolling our tickets over....so glad it's been cancelled we couldn't have afforded to come to South and we didn't want to miss out as we've done every year ...

It would be nice to have our tickets refunded as there is no way this can go ahead! I have contacted Hotel Bell tent asking for refund too, but they said no as Carfest going ahead. We are close to £1000 down 😓

I had this email confirmation for my request to cancel my booking for a refund back in April. Hope this helps some people 🤷🏻‍♀️

Times are incredibly hard at the moment with all that is going on, but please don't let that taint your view of CarFest. My son was the Face of Starlight for CarFest last year and the money raised by everyone's generous donations and attendance at the event meant that more seriously ill children could have their wishes granted and be entertained whilst in hospital. The money raised was a fantastic amount and meant the world to us as a family, and for many other families of seriously ill children. It's frustrating not knowing what is going on and I agree there needs to be better communication from the organisers, especially when money is very tight for many at the moment. I'm sure something will be announced soon as Reading and Leeds (due to be held over the same weekend as CarFest United) were cancelled today also. We too are waiting to hear as we are involved again this year. Charities have taken a massive hit due to Covid-19 and I expect the organisers are waiting until it's absolutely necessary to cancel the event before telling them that they won't be able to donate these much needed funds 😔

Stop delaying and announce cancellation. There are people amongst us who need to know. Ive spent over £1,300 on a Hotel Bell Tent. Its not doing your reputation any good. Perhaps if refunds were processed timely, people would feel more inclined to donate back a little to charity.

Why doesn’t carfest announce the cancellation. It’s clear it won’t happen. The nottinghill carnival has been cancelled same weekend. Under the current circumstances some people for financial reasons will no doubt need their refunds if they are out of work etc .

I’ve been to Brand Event’s offices and I can assure every person viewing this thread that all of the staff will be utterly gutted if CarFest does not go ahead. That said I’m sure they also support the need for everyone to stay safe - they’re normal folk like you and me after all. I’m sure that at some point an announcement will be made, and if you bought tickets etc then I’d be surprised if you’ll end up out of pocket. Not even sure why you’re stressing about it to be honest. One thing to bear in mind though..... You might have bought tickets, fair play to you, but some of the money you paid will have already gone to pay for services for CarFest before Covid-19 hit and that can’t be recouped. At some point somewhere someone will have to take that hit. Be the better person and continue to support this amazing event and it’s aims. By the way, before anyone starts on at me being able to afford this, that and the other. I’m one of those in green on £19k a year.

Still waiting for a refund from carfest north which was cancelled in March, emails now being ignored and conflicting information since it was cancelled. Clear communication please carfest, and the money back for the 3 family weekend camping tickets which I've asked for 4 times

Wonderful that you picked a picture of a volunteer motorsport marshal to convey this message. Thank you

It was frustrating that you never announced your musical line up and it’s even more frustrating that you have not mentioned if the festival will or can even go ahead and what people need to do about claiming a refund. Carfest please make a statement

I wish all you negative people would just realize that Carfest is put on to make money for all of the Childrens Charities that they support. They are not doing this to line their own pockets!

Lack of communication is the reason I decided not to go this year. I wasn’t prepared to pay for a ticket without knowing who was on the line up.

When are you announcing cancellation of the festival ?

Can u please tell me if carfest is still going ahead this year pls

No way on this earth will it go ahead... thousands of people in a field together... i think not..

Is carfest going a head in auguast
