The Den is my favourite venue at the festival – great atmosphere and vibe.

  2. Sean Pollard says:

Great late night stuff going on over there as well, people just chilling and having fun.

  3. John Roy says:

It’s where I head when I need some quiet time.

  4. One of my favourite sets in the 15 or so years of going to the Folkie was Janet Devlin performing in the Den a few years back, that voice in a nice cosy setting was simply stunning.

  5. Chris Foster says:

    Coco and the butterfield set

  6. Some people don’t seem to want CFF to ever change at all and I do understand that. I don’t want it to lose all the things that are great about it but the introduction of the Den clearly demonstrates that some changes to the Fest are a wonderful thing! It’s really enhanced the CFF experience in recent years👍😁

Yes, it was a great asset when introduced, place to chill out on the rugs, and hear some young and talented performers, . Seen quite a number for the first time who have gone on to bigger things e.g. The Staves. This year came across Bella Collins on Friday…great voice, who later popped up on the Stage 2 festival session joining Ben Smith & Jimmy Brewer. Liked the Peoples’ Front room as well….shame it’s not there now.

  8. Rex Patten says:

    went every night great atmosphere
