First time I have been to Dream land since it reopened and will not be going back. Had to queue for 45 mins to get in to the big fish little fish event so only had an hour and half. Went in the park afterward so kids could go on a few rides. Topped up card at the scenic railway only to find she hadn’t put the money on the card. The heartless women on the rocket ride refused to let our 5 and 6 year old on the ride because dreamlabd had not topped the card up. Showed her receipt still refused. Made our girls so upset. Not on really considering it was them at fault! Shame on you Dreamland!!!
