  1. Hi all, hope everyone thoroughly enjoyed pride and the parade as i know i did. Just a quick post to ask if anyone has any footage or pics of the ymca float going past as i was the dj for them and would love to see some. Many thanks in advance ☺️

  2. We had a blast being a small part of such an amazing event, thanks to all that were involved in making this such a great procession #SummerOfLove2017 if you have any pics or video of us ” #celebrationsamba “

  3. Thank you Brighton Pride for allow Me, nigel & Andrew to join the parade and be part of this special day. I hope you all had a great time and it was very well planned so thank you. Also we were leading the parade in the first walking costumes after the disability vehicles. Big thanks. Cant wait for next year… #marcciccone #nigelciccone ##andrewcoppin

  4. Thankyou Brighton Pride for an amazing day. It’s events like these that makes me feel proud to be who I am. Thanks to everyone who took part and made everyone feel welcome. Happy Pride everyone! 🌈🌈🌈

  5. Whilst I have many gay friends and acquaintences as a Christian I still have a problem with this.

“Chapters 18 and 20 of Leviticus form part of the Holiness code and list prohibited forms of intercourse, including the following verses:

“You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.” Chapter 18 verse 22[1]
“If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.” Chapter 20 verse 13″

Interestingly, I cannot think of any passage that comments on Female/female relationships.
    It’s all so very confusing.

  6. What a great weekend, best I have been to, and I have been going to Pride from the second year it started. I was a steward at all of them up to 18 years ago. I couldn’t do it any longer, my disabilities took over. That last year I had my partner with me and we helped the enquiries. I offered our services the following year, if I could have a similar job, i.e. sitting down most of the time. My offer was turned down, because it couldn’t be guaranteed that kind of job would be available. (In those days it would have been classed as discrimination). The other was because I didn’t live close enough to Brighton to attend any of the training sessions. None of the Prides each year Prides were organised by different people, the history of which is known by those who attended them at that time. The present organizers who organize the events are amazing. So thanks again. The week end helped me forget my aches and pains, (MAGIC). SEE YOU NEXT YEAR. XXXX 😍😍.

(I’m sorry this post is so long)
