Gina Smith was looking forward to this after our wedding this year, but they’ve both been postponed, I’ll take you as my 2021 wife instead xx
It will be fab in 2021, but let's fill our windows, balconies, front gardens, shop windows with Rainbow and Trans flags that weekend anyway.

These are exceptional times and many local charities and community organisations rely on Pride for fundraising to get them through the year.
Please consider donating your ticket to support Pride going forward and it’s essential community fundraising for the Brighton Rainbow Fond and Pride Social Impact Fund.
i would like to know how we can donate a ticket you need ID for to get a wristband, extrapolate this?
Great idea ❤️ our local charity's are in desperate need of help at this time.
Donated, they will need money this year more than ever.
I’m more than happy to donate the value of my ticket if that mean I can buy another one for next year? X
Just did it. Great idea. Looking forward to next year.
There goes our hen do 😢
Great idea and done! 🌈
Hello, we would like to keep our tickets for when it is rescheduled for next year, but we would like to make a donation to you, where can we do this please?
Can you get a refund if you’re unable to go next year please? 🌈

It is with a heavy heart that Brighton & Hove Pride have taken the difficult decision to postpone our landmark 30th anniversary celebrations that were due to take place on 1st & 2nd August until 2021.

It's the right thing to do in the circumstances and we'll all be there next year loud and proud xxx
2021 will be bigger, louder and brightest of all prides 🌈
Well done Paul and Team. The right decision but I’m sure a difficult one. I hope you get all the support and help you need. Every blessing x
Bout time it had to be stopped it's a shame but least we r safer and look forward for it next year
Sadly the right decision. Roll on 2021 xxx
We've already booked our accommodation for Pride in Brighton, and assuming lockdown is lifted by then we will still be coming and we will still enjoy our holiday. We live on the east coast where a lot of the local economy is based on holidaymakers - Pride or no Pride, Brighton is still going to need tourists so we will still be there for our holidays. I hope everyone else will be doing the same.
Good decision, we need to protect people first ... ofcourse it’s sad but it’s the best way forward ... see you in 2021 ... stay safe everyone 🌈
Having worked with you guys for a few years and understanding the vocation it has become I know this must have been a difficult decision. However, I would only ever have expected you guys to make the right decision. So this is no surprise. Well done and here’s to making 2021 spectacular x. God bless Dex
Never missed a Brighton pride in years, but it's understandable, I'm sure the community will definitely be there next year. God bless all, keep safe ❤️❤️
As expected, I was expecting a cancellation, see you next year.
Thank you to everyone involved in bringing Pride to fruition each year. We will all miss the party and the opportunity of (re)connecting with one another. As a community we need to think about the consequences of this - in particular how we support all those small local LGBTQ community groups and services that benefit from the charitable funds that Pride raises.
Sad but entirely understandable. 😥 Plus side, it gives me more time to become more fab 🙂 stay safe eveyone 🏳️🌈
So sad but hey next year is going to be one hell of a celebration, we will paint the town rainbow and fly our flags higher than we’ve ever flown them before. Stay safe everyone 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
Looking forward to celebrating with you all when this is over ❤🌈
Gutted but totally understandable. We'll be donating our tickets too 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
