I had to send you a message. Well done for coming out with concern to your HIV. All stigma should be removed. I myself support The Terrance Higgins Trust Red Ribbon Appeal and will do so until the day I die as my late brother also had HIV. Keep brave and strong. 🌈.
You're a good bloke with a gorgeous heart. Sod anyone who thinks different. We need more sport personalities like you to stand up and be counted. xxx
Good man you’ve probably helped a lot of other people without realising it x
Legend, in awe
I have met this man and he was kind, funny, honest and open...but to find out that it was the media..no..THE SUN ..that made him do this is sickening and vile 🤬
One step forward, three steps backwards. Tragic!
They are a public broadcasting corporation, are we not the public
The BBC needs to have a bit of backbone
The yellow belly of the BBC on display for all to see. This isn’t about alleged impartiality in BBCs reporting but openly displaying your human values as an Inclusive and Diverse Company. Shame on BBC for displaying such cowardice. 🏳️🌈
We can’t allow freedom to feel to be censored
It's the BBC. Why are people surprised at this? It's a Tory institution that needs closed down.
“some politicians in the region suggested that the broadcaster’s involvement could breach its impartiality rules by implicitly endorsing same-sex marriage.” That’s the first part of the article and you don’t really need to read more! Being impartial (news wise) means not to pick side but inform anyhow right? Accepting those complaint I believe is more impartial than inform about something
Yawn, better things to worry about like plastic bags in the sea and all!
Overly confident bigots comes to mind No change there then.
Not sure that reporting impartiality should pander to religious half wits.
Were being thrown back to the 70s
These people are being wilfully backwards
Jim Allister and the TUV are cunts! Simples! 💅
Northan Ireland government make me sick sometimes. Wish the people could be happy.
Disgusting. Diverse people should be celebrated for their very diversity.
If NI really wants to remain a part if the UK then they need to drag themselves into the 21st century. Is it possible to expel a country from the UK?
So does this also mean no coverage of anything religious either... grow a f**king back bone BBC
How about a straight pride
Gets boring watching queens minceing
Down the road
I live in Hove now and am still ashamed of how backwards NI politicians still are
