Feel so let down from last year you really let me and girlfriend down with your organization and you lied to us before the festival on a few emails that, or your on site staff werent informed at all to send us the right way we wasted the first day last year just getting in having to camp not with anyone we knew because it was already past midnight and the next day looking for zooloos for my girlfriend who has a bowel condition which you promised and said we’d beable to get paid for toilets which DIDNT EXSIST we got sent around stand to stand all of which didn’t have an idea what we were on about we emailed you whilst we were there begging for you to let us know what was going on you gave us confidence before the festival on a few calls/emails us making sure we can access toilets for my girlfriend but we felt left in the dark and lied too. To top it all off you haven’t replied to any of our emails since we’ve commted on a few posts trying to get in contact and you’ve told us to email you another week nothing. I’ve come the last 4 years but you really let me down this time. We just wanted to give you some ideas on how you can improve the festival for people with chrons ibd UC and IBS really common bowel contions for young people but you haven’t even replied to several emails and one you even asked us to send feel like we’ve wasted enough time trying to help you improve.
