The problem is that the ticket stubs are not getting torn off at the gates. My ticket is still in tack and I could have easily sold it to a tout.

Tickets lying all over untorn could have gone straight back out and sold our 5 to touts and it’s not their fault they don’t know that have already been scanned it’s the folk selling to them! Like has said previously BML never answer on here it’s like they don’t give a damn!! Useless!
