If you have multiple tickets, do all of the people using those tickets have to enter at the same time? Or can they use a photocopy of the ticket holder’s ID?

I was successful with getting tickets in the ballot and confirmed on time but still haven’t received the tickets. I have checked my junk folder. Can you please help?

What is happening?!
Hi, I received an email yesterday, entitled “Congratulations, you have been successful in the Croatia v England ballot!” with a link to confirm, which I did. Then, today, I received another email entitled “Your Ballot Application: Croatia v England” saying that I had been unsuccessful. This appears to be the only way I can contact you to ask for clarification, so apologies for the wall post!

Hello, like many people on here, I received congratulatory email yesterday saying I had been successful in the ballot. I confirmed using the link early in the afternoon but then today I have received no tickets, but instead an email saying that I was unsuccessful. Will the World Cup Final be shown anywhere on Sunday for the Paul Simon concert? If England are in it, i imagine nobody will go to the concert until it’s over. Poor ol’ Bonnie Raitt will be playing to a very small crowd
