Latest update from Heartland Festival:
We are happy to announce that we are repeating the roaring success of 2019 and 2022 with Christian Bøjlund and Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality!
Chef Christian Bøjlund will, in collaboration with 30 residents from FMK, present a wholesome dinner shared family style on the lawn in front of the castle. An experience that has become a recurring, tasty tradition at Heartland.
The menu will consist of local ingredients following an 80/20 principle, where no more than 20 percent of the ingredients are animal-based.
The Long Table Dinner with Christian Bøjlund & FMK takes place Saturday, June 10.
