Knystaforsen, a gastronomic rising star, moves out of the Swedish forest and into Egeskov Slotspark. At Heartland 2023, you will be able to experience the Michelin restaurant’s exceptional universe of local ingredients cooked over open fire and unexpected flavours – flanked by drinks produced in Scandinavia.
Behind the Swedish success are the Danish couple Eva and Nicolai Tram, who moved into a forest in Sweden in an attempt to create a life where they could spend more time together and live out their dream of opening a restaurant in their home. And you must say they have succeeded – in July 2022, Knystaforsen was rewarded with a red and a green star in the Michelin Guide.
Dinner at the bonfire with Knystaforsen takes place Saturday, June 10.
